Joely Wenban
Joely graduated from Monash University in 1989 with a B.App.Sc. (Nursing). This was followed by fifteen years in the Aviation sector where she was responsible for the safety for around 280 people, often dealing with life changing crises.
After joining our clinic she was responsible for the general day-to-day running of a very busy practice, where her boundlessly glowing nature put every patient instantly at ease regardless of the severity of their presenting issue.
Joely began as a patient but then spent 17 years as a CA; so there's very little that she hasn't seen or been directly involved with, from both sides of the desk.
Her genuine interest in people means that she was able to glean information that was vital to the ongoing treatment of patients in a holistic manner, thus leading to better outcomes than would have been otherwise achieved.
She's able to provide a view of the patient experience more closely aligned with what the patient actually experiences than that which the Doctor thinks the patient receives.
